Bonne place pour changer les freins (disques + pads)?

I have a 2006 WRX and my discs and pads are DEAD. My car is vibrating like crazy now under hard braking. I either have to machine the discs or replace them altogether.

I'd really rather avoid Canadian Tire or midas or a place like that...can anyone recommend a good place that has decent quality brakes? Prefarably in the Montreal downtown and/or west island area.
