Stage 4 Axis Motor
With our stage 4 Motor you get the fully built motor that you are looking for without the high price. You also benefit from an increase in displacement. This extra displacement combined with the fully closed deck short block and forged internals is truly a winning combination.
Final displacement has been increased to 2.35 Liters. The components within can support the higher horsepower and higher torque capabilities you are looking for. We modify the crankshaft for better oiling and balance everything to perfection. We also use only the best parts available. For pistons we went with CP, and for Rods we went with Pauter Machining.
Stage 4 Components:
- 2.2 Liter Fully Closed Deck Shortblock
- Piston Squirters
- Stock Steel Sleeve Liners
- Modified Axis Racing Forged Crankshaft
- Balanced & Polished to 10,000 RPMS
- Pauter 4340 Chrome-Moly Forged Rods
- Axis Racing/ CP forged pistons (8.5:1 or 9:1)
- 8500 RPM Rev Limit
Total Cost: $ 3,950.00
Options Include:
- Larger ARP head studs (PIC) $ 250/Set + Labor
- Standard Sized ARP head studs $ 199/Set
- Cometic Head Gaskets $150/Set
