Bonjour! Hello!
I just want to introduce myself. I just moved in with my girlfriend in Levis. I'm originally from san francisco. Someone on this forum left a paper on my windshield telling me about this website. I don't speak much french as you can tell from my message, mais je parle un peu.

I have a 1993 turbo subaru legacy wagon. I'm sure I stand out driving around town... with my california license plates =]



A little about my car...
I rebuilt the entire ej22t motor myself last year. The turbo wagon did not come in a manual. So I switched out the automatic transmission and put in a manual. I have ground control coilovers, agx shocks, and some other upgraded suspension components. I installed the european 93-96 wrx intercooler. I have the '02 wrx rims. And I must say it's a fine car to drive.

I doubt there are many BC-BF generation cars in this area due to your snow season and salt infected roads. But I do know quite a bit about this motor if anyone has questions.

I also have a bunch of information on my cars on my website. There is lot of random information there too, like the transmission swap and other subaru tips.

A question I would like to ask is... where are there some fun twisties to drive on?

I've waved to a few subaru guys, and a few have waved at me here in Levis. I hope to meet some of you. I will warn you that I don't speak much french but I will try =]

I used to live in Quebec City before (Cap-Rouge to be precise... west of Ste-Foy), but now live in Vancouver. I hope you'll like Quebec, it's a nice place!

if you want to meet members of the quebec division there's a good occasion next saturday (17th).

Stroker (one of our members) is giving a BBQ & pool party at his parent's house in Val-BÉlair juste north of Qc and very easy for you to find.

You just take Laporte bridge to get to northshore and you'll be automaticly on Henry IV blvd up north. Go on that utill you get to a traffic ligth. Turn right (he lives on that street = blvd industriel) and just go about half a km max and you 'll see a lot of Subaru on yuur right.

I personally plan to buy a 92 Turbo Legacy in the next weeks.

Also, i went to San Francisco for one month and a half, 2 years ago, nice place to be !! why have you decided to leave this 'road paradise" to come here ? Where in the SF area were you ?

wow! I was not expecting such a warm welcoming. I already met up with Simon and test drove each other's cars. I will try and head to the bbq this saturday. My girlfriend may come with me for a little bit but she has to work. Hope to meet all of you there.
