Hello everyone

Just feel like introducing myself.

I am new to Subaru, recently bought my friend's 2009 WRX and got it fixed up.
I can't say it's been the best of my experiences, but time will tell.

My friend is not known to "maintain" so, I got it for cheap after his turbo blew out.

So it's now got a new turbo, timing belt which was record cracked, firewall welds redone, new pedals, lots of repairs on the suspension, he got the clutch changed, yet it's still so hard.

All I am missing now to make this car A1 is a MAF.

I can say the car isn't a comfortable drive compared to anything else I have owned, however I am getting used to it. The more I drive it the more I enjoy it.

The biggest + I can give for this car is the road feel. Still undecided on if I will keep it or move on.

All in all, happy to have found a new community to occasionally kill time on.

Of course I meant WINTER tires..




Although.. could be even more fun with summer tires
