Why have you decided to change your headers rights away? Is there a significant gain in performance? What is the brand you chose? Too bad you didnt have the full tbe and THEN install headers... I'm curious how big of a difference it does in terms of sound-loudness on an STI.
I wen't with the Lachute headers and up-pipe combo. All I wanted was more power and I do have a turboback. I wen't from 319hp to 361hp.

Here is what I'm planning to do next(very soon  ).
18g turbo, 850cc injectors or 740cc(not sure yet), walbro 255 fuel pump and a Lachute A/O separator.
All suggestions and comments are welcome.

Thanks for posting the charts. It's a damn nice project you got there!

All this extra power must generate additionnal heat under the hood, especially when running at high revs in low gears.

So far, how does the cooling system and air flow design works in keeping things cool?

Thank you.(chuck and turfman)

I haven't noticed a difference with heat yet. Ill have to wait and see what happens when I change the turbo.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your upgrade. I will not go your path all the way, but it is giving me an idea of what I want in the future for my STi.

I'm glad to see someones interested.
No Problem buddy PM me anytime, Ill be more than happy to help you out.

Update:

I decided to get the forged pistons and rods done rights away, and since I'm doing that. Ill be doing Cusco motor and tranny Mounts, NGK One Step Colder Plugs, Perrin Turbo Inlet hose, A/O Separator and replacing all pulleys with light wight.

Question to you fine gents: Is there anything else you think I should be doing at the same time? Do you think I should get the sleeves done at the same time?

Any and all recommendations are much appreciated!.

OK. sounds good. Is there a reason your telling me not to sleeve it or is it just because you think it's not necessary?
